26 w 1 d cramping!

Since yesterday I've been having a sharp pain at my private area but like right in the entrance all day even today. Also the worse stomach pains. They're like period cramps and I can't stand them! Maybe cuz I haven't had a period in almost 7 months but still I don't know if I should just see if I can treat this at home or go to my Dr. Can I have opinions and let me knows if you have this too and what your Dr told you ?
