I'm two weeks late.

I'm two weeks late. af is usually between 31-34 days plus or minus. I've had blood work done and a dozen hpt all negative. the doctor took blood work for everything else and it all came back with fly colours (everything is perfect) he won't send me for an ultrasound till next month. I'm a daycare educator and can't keep up with 3 kids. feel like passing out and puking. breast are killing me. have back pain cramps, and always tired. anyone get an ultrasound and infact be pregnant?
