Ultra sound worries!

Had an ultra sound today as doctor wants to keep an eye on me. I'm about 5 weeks give or take. They saw a gestational sac and a yolk. She said everything was what she expected for where I am at. She was then whispering to the other nurse querying whether or not she saw some blood on the scan. I didn't query as my partner told me in the car!! Has anyone had anything similar? I am so worried 😔
