Kidney pains

I am currently 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant and last week I was seen at the ER for a Uti😕. I've been taking the antibiotics and everything has been fine until this morning. I accidentally held my pee too long and now my right kidney is hurting. Should I go back to the doctor?
