why don't I feel pregnant?

I'm 8 weeks and 3days, and I don't feel pregnant hardly at all. 
I had a bunch of symptoms around 7 weeks, but they all of a sudden disappeared.

Called my midwife and she said everything sounds normal and symptoms can come and go. Did think it would be worth it since we had any ultrasound at 6 weeks (I was in a car accident and wanted to check on viability), and they heard a heartbeat there.
Any input on this? Anyone else notice symptoms gone for more than a week and then they came back/baby was fine?

Any peace of mind would be great- this is my first baby and it's making me stir crazy since I have about 2 and a half more weeks until my next appointment.

At about that stage the placenta takes over a lot for baby and symptoms often reduce or disappear. It's not a bad sign at all! If you search "symptoms disappear" or "don't feel pregnant" you'll find a million posts saying the same. Don't worry! It's truly totally normal. Your symptoms may not come back, or different ones may take their place!

Besides fatigue, my symptoms have subsided these past few weeks (9w today). Every once and awhile, I'll feel slightly nauseous but nothing like before.
