PID? Opinions..

So I got my period yesterday. Despite horrible cramps the flow was less than extremely light and continued to be that way throughout the night. Very very light. Well last night I was woken from my sleep by horrible abdominal pain.. Not cramps. Just pain... I doubled over for probably 20 minutes before going to the bathroom to check my tampon which again barely had anything on it. The pain is so bad I started to get a ringing in my ears. I instantly felt like i going to throw up accompanied by a light headed feeling so I put a towel down and laid on the towel to prevent myself from getting hurt if I were to pass out standing up. Nothing happened. So I crawled back into bed and eventually fell asleep... For the past couple of weeks I've had weird discharge. No difference in color, just excessive discharge with a fowl smell. I had plans to visit my health department on Monday.. I just wanted to get extra opinions.
