Nipple soreness

K • Sat, Jan 28 • IVF with ICSI for male factor. 1 fresh transfer 5/20/17. BFN. 1 frozen transfer 8/2/17. BFP! Baby boy 4/29/18. 💙 1 frozen transfer 9/2/20. BFP!

So I usually get nipple soreness after O that lasts until just before AF is due. Last month I didn't get it at all, but I know I ovulated because I had CD21 bloods done.

This month they are CRAZY sore, but just the nipple, not the breast at all. Anyone else get this? Why would it not show up last month?
