PCOS vs PCO

Kat🎀 • Married to the love of my life, high school sweetheart, my best friend. Mother of two boys and an angel baby❤️❤️❤️
So after my second child I started to experince some server cramps. I mean to the point where they can be so bad it can't move. Let just say I've always had irregular periods, and bad cramps. So I went to my Obgyn about it did a vaginal ultrasound and was told I have Polycystic Ovaries. I've had cyst on my ovaries in the past. So I go home to do some research on it, and found PCOS. I read the most common symptoms for it and I have the bad cramps, the irregular periods, the body hair, loss of hair at the scalp, the weight gain, the back pain, the pain during intercourse, the migraines, and the trouble having kids. So I know what your thinking you said after your second child, yea but it took my husband and I 5 years to get pregnant with our second child. So could it be possible I have PCOS? I'm going to get a second opinion. Just want some advice or information. Thanks ladies❤
