am I stupid

So y'all, I have a microblading appointment tomorrow night at 7 o clock, lately I've been having a shit ton of gallbladder attacks because I have a shit ton of gallstones. Yesterday I went to the ER and they said they could've done surgery but I turned it down because I don't wanna miss my microblading appointment. It's only $100 because I won a giveaway and I cant reschedule with her. I'm in a shit ton of pain right now and kind of regretting it but i was thinking if I get them done tomorrow I can just go back to the ER on Sunday and tell them I want the surgery. Am I dumb???
