Help me pick my senior project (please) 😩

As a business student at uni we have to write a "road map" (business plan + all the info needed to launch any business) + we practically launch the business we've been using for our research.

I did my research on a little jewelry boutique previously but now I'm not sure. Doing the jewelry boutique will give me a leg up since I'm familiar with it, but I'm far more interested and passionate about the bakery.

Since I'll be basically killing myself with the work we'll be doing (the "road map" is 100-200 pages long) 😰😰 I need to decide soon.

So help me pick please. Passion or familiarity?? Bakery or jewelry???
