Hi Im a senior in high school, before you say I should have been safe I'm on the iud paragard and used condoms. My sister told me her friend had used an abortion tea when she was found out she was pregnant and I can't tell my sister I am. Please help me I'm not ready for a child and can't tell my parents at all.

No tea is going to make u lose a baby. It was just a coincidence that your sister drank some kind of tea and then miscarried. The safest way is to go to a clinic. You can still keep it to yourself, no one has to know but just make sure you do it the right way. You can cause so many problems with your body.

I'm 16 and a junior in high school. Even though it's your decision, I was feeling the same way u did when I first found out I was pregnant. I honestly feel like if I would have went through with the decision of having an abortion, that would've been the worst mistake in my life. I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant and I can't wait to see my little baby. God makes things happen for a reason, it's not the end of the world, just got to do what best for you and your child. A baby may slow you down, but it doesn't hold you back from becoming something in life. It can actually be your motivation, I know my little girl is mine. I really think you should think about it, it's an innocent defenseless child.

It sounds like you have no one to talk to. 
Just realize having abortion doesn't make it go away. You'll always carry this with you. So why don't you find someone to talk to? You may think your parents won't help or your sister isn't going to help, but don't bare the weight by yourself.

And no, no tea is going to make you miscarry. You will need to go see a professional. I went to PP, but I ended up having complications and needed to see my OB. That's where I would go. Not PP.

Please don't rush into anything out of panic. I know you're scared. And you didn't want this right now. But BREATHE. Going to a clinic rather than trying at home methods would be safer. I also got pregnant my senior year in high school and my first thought was: go get rid of it don't tell anyone! So my friend convinced me to talk to her dad in the hopes that he could help me out financially without telling my parents. Well, he told me to tell my parents anyway. He didn't want to get in the middle. So....I told my parents...and I survived! They were so mad. My dad even off handedly accused me of sleeping around by asking "are you sure it's Travis's?" Then he left the house for a few hours and then didn't talk to me for weeks. My mom told me that she had an abortion in high school and regretted it every day since and that if I got one our relationship would never be the same. (Nothing like a guilt trip to make decisions for you!) so I stayed pregnant. We talked about adoption. My boyfriend said he'd support whatever I wanted to do. Until he talked to his mom who immediately called the whole family and said she was going to be a grandma suddenly my boyfriend wanted to play house and said if I gave the baby up for adoption that he would keep it and raise it. (Nothing like being cornered to make decisions) so I kept him. And he changed my life. In the best possible way. I was a partier and I was very selfish and he just made me look at the world with bigger perspective. I graduated high school four months pregnant. I'm now married to his dad. With two more kids and I love being a mom. I'm not saying your life will end up like mine. But don't rush into anything out of fear. Take the time to see a big picture and not just immediate reactions. My parents got over their anger and I they LOVED being grandparents. I got over my fear and LOVed being a mom. But tea will not abort a baby.

Go to a clinic or u could face so many problems and even end up not being able to have a child. So sorry your having to go through this. Are your parents supportive maybe talk to them as your taking responsibility and was on bc.
