does ur baby have colic if you're vegan?

I just wanted to know, does your baby have colic or any tummy issues like gas ect because of the way you eat. I'm going to be breast feeding. My baby is due feb9th. I have a lifelong illness called gastroparesis, sometimes it's a pain in the butt but i had to change my whole diet in order to live with this condition. So I have been eating vegan since I been diagnosed and I haven't had many problems with my sickness. Anyways gastroparesis Is when your stomach doesn't digest certain foods, it has caused me to be in the hospital for weeks at a time for months on! I've had it since I was 20. I'm 25 now. My MiL says the baby is going to get colic and all this other stuff bc I eat so Many veggies. Mind u, I am not one of those vegans that shoves their beliefs down ur throat. I cook meat on a daily for my hubs lol! I just want to know if she is just filling my head with crap or if it's true? She's the type to tell me an ultrasound is an X-ray and that's why drs don't give them out. Bc it's harmful to the baby. I go to nursing school and I just let her talk her "talk"
