Moving/new doctor at 7 months

My husband and I have decided to move back closer to our families this summer. We currently live in SC but will be moving to Massachusetts. My concern is this is our first child so we are pretty inexperienced to begin with, but I'm nervous about switching doctors at that point of the pregnancy. Obviously it is possible, I just was wondering if anyone had any tips to make the transition as easy as possible.

Also, though we are moving closers to family, we still do not have family in Massachusetts either, they all live in NJ and PA so we can't even get family reccomendations.
