Brewer Diet
Is this diet really worth trying to follow? I am already consious about what I eat. Its 2600 calories is SO much food. I am only 5'2 and pre-pregnancy I weighed 128. Now I am in my 23rd week and weigh about 146 and I've read that this diet makes you gain a lot of weight, but also makes a big healthy baby. Has anyone tried this diet and liked it?
