NIPPLES BURN AFTER FOREPLAY

Hey girls first time posting here! Im 18- been sexually active since i was 14 . Im in alot of pain, ever since yesterday when my boyfriend and i had sex my nipples burn and hurt to touch? He sucked and bit them during foreplay aswell of the overall breast area, which is something ive always been into but this is the first time they burn !! And it gets worse at times when i get kinda wave or shiver and they burn so bad!?! Im so worried like whats wrong. Too painful to even wear a bra right now!!
