Could I get pregnant

OK so I started my first pack of birth control on December 11 2016 I got finished on January 7 2017 I have not been able to get my refill because either some pharmacy have to order the birth control I have or they don't have it I don't want kids my boyfriend and I are into it because he thinks I'm having sex with someone else cause I been turning him down sex wise we don't use condoms and I'm not trying to get pregnant help me please
