To scared to tell my mom

I'm turning 17 and I'm having sex. I'm in a 9 month relationship with a boy I love. I want birthcontrol so badly but I'm so scared to tell my mom, I feel like she will see me differently and judge me based on my age. I have no problem telling my doctor but telling my parents can be really scary. I need someone to give me there opinion on what I should do because I need your help.
