Done having children

I'm 35years old and I have 6 children(2are adults) Five of them are from my ex husband and I have 1 with my fiancé. We had a miscarriage back in sept(little boy with Down syndrome) and I just had another miscarriage this past Friday. I have extremely heavy periods and the discussion has come to getting a hysterectomy. I really would like to have another baby with my fiancé but I just don't think my body can handle anymore. I have gotten the OK to get a hysterectomy from my doctor I'm just wondering if I'm making the right choice by completely ending the ability to have children. I just don't know if my heart could handle another miscarriage. I guess my question would be, Am I making the right decision? Just needing some outside opinions.
