Condom -blood discharge

I just used a condom for the frist time usualy i try the pull out method but i want to be safer. And when i went to the bathroom after i had sex my urine burned really bad. Then today i woke up and my vigina is having bad blood discharge and i decided to wear a pad. But i dont know what to do, or if this is a normal thing after using a condom. And i know vigina is a sensitive part, so maybe it was the laytex or spermicide they could have used on it. Any ideas? Cures?
