Has anyone been successful selling on etsy??? Anyone have any tips??

Everyone has always told me I need to start selling the things I make. I love making rustic primitive things and refurbishing. I've always thought about etsy but don't really know how to make it successfull and where to begin. Anyone have any tips or advice??

Etsy is really really helpful with their shops. They have a "Seller Handbook" available on their website with tons of information about products, how to get great pictures, titling your listings and all that. I would definitely give that a read

I have a shop on Etsy. I just closed it down temporarily because I can't keep up at the moment with this pregnancy.

My sister is (: she makes baby clothes! She started advertising on her Facebook and Instagram then spread it to baby shops on Facebook and now she makes really decent money on there! She's also a stay at home momma so she puts all she has into it!

Try Pinterest. I plan to open an etsy shop once I move. So much good advice there!
