Seeking BF advice

I was unable to handle my baby's latching of breastfeeding those first 3 days after she was born. I have very sensitive nipples, always have been super sensitive. I decided to stop trying because i was hating feeding time. It was giving me extreme anxiety. Overcoming the guilt of not BF has been hard. It has made me cry. I only leaked on day 5 & then nothing.

Well here I'm 11 days pp, last night I did skin to skin with my baby & my breast began to leak. Is it too late to try to BF again?

I'm so torn, baby is great at latching & its like my body still wants to push through, but i'm so afraid of the pain. Any advice?

P.S- pumping also hurts.
