Trouble peeing

Okay I'll explain this the best I can. Past few days its been hard to go pee not poop. Like last night I felt the urge to pee. I had to pee. Stomach was bloated all that but I sat down and had to squeeze it out. Took forever for me to pee. Have no idea why. I've had bladder infections and kidney infections before. this is not a bladder infection. It just sucks. Been having cramps too.
