Help period talk

I know it's impossible to get a positive test 4dpo or even 5dpo yet I now have 3 faints. But my question is this, if you ovulated and then you started bleeding like a regular cycle two days later is it normal? If it's aunt flo I am a week early. Could I still be pregnant or did something go wrong? No clots, no cramping. Just nausea and tiredness. This picture was taken 2 minutes after I tested.
