For me as a parent of an 8 month old and 3 year old I would love to have access to being able to see my childern when I want to check up. I have separation and anxiety problem's, it makes it really hard for me to put them in day cares in fear that they would get hurt, it also makes it hard for me to work more hrs; especially with all the childern being hurt in other people's care and I feel if I had access to seeing my kid's when I want it would help! They don't go to day cares or school yet but i think it would help other parents who do have kids in school/day cares.
