Don't want to go to the gym alone
Does anyone else feel this way? I would looove a gym buddy, but none of my friends ever want to go. It's just I don't want to be judged. I'm from a small town and I'm going to run into a lot of people. I know it's silly to feel embarrassed but I just need someone to give me a push! Please don't be rude, I'm just super shy and self conscious.
