measuring bigger than you're supposed to?

Question

on Friday i went to my doctor for my weekly check up, and at that time i was 39 weeks and 4 days, and when she measured my stomach she said i was measuring big and she ordered an ultrasound for me tomorrow afternoon. has anyone else experienced this?

I measured 2 weeks ahead the entire time and I gave birth 2weeks ahead of due date

I measured 4-5 wks big for months. At ultrasound at 29 wks, they discovered I had too much amniotic fluid. There's all kinds of reasons that u could have too much fluid. But water breaking early is a risk... 
Anyways, at my 30 week scan, I had normal fluid level! Not sure how it went from to much for months to normal in a week...

Yup, baby was measuring normal at wk 28 but wk 32 he was 2/3 wks ahead, I have a growth scan next week at wk 36 to see his size and check fluids
