C Pillow
I bought the C pillow and helped me alot with sleeping. However as i go through weeks and weeks pf my pregnancy my back is killing
me more by the weeks pass by. I was just sitting around and going up and down the stairs last saturday and as soon as i get to lay my back in bed and relax my entire body it suddenly gave me pain like the pain you have when you did probably more than 20k run
or okay im exagerrating maybe 10k that pain like you have never worked out ever before. I tried to make my c pillow into a donut shape and lay down on my tummy. it felt sooooo good .. like you had actually stretched it while being pregnant, my question is.. is it okay to
do that sometimes? is it safe? ive read that it makes some difficulties with some circulations and stuffs like that? i dont sleep on it i just did it 2x this week after discovering it. 😂 please advise.
