belly freckles? But no stretch marks 29wks

Does anyone else notice like freckle spots on their skin ? Like your face, leg, butt, belly or even boobies????

Just would like to see if this is common during pregnancy .I got these new freckles on my belly, boobies and butt .

I get a new one with every pregnancy and this one I got two new ones and I'm haven twins it's just one of the ways are kids say I love you mom!
