I'm currently 5.5 weeks pregnant and I'm just wondering if potato salad with egg in it, is ok to eat? It was made Sunday arvo and has been in the fridge ever since, has never been left out for more than 10 minutes inside on the kitchen table... it's now Wednesday night.... am I over reacting?
