career change

I've been doing medical reception for 7 years, just graduated from law but have no interest in pursuing it as a career. I'm kind of in a rut, absolutely hate medical reception but it was easy money and flexible hours while I was still in school but it's time for a fresh change.
I don't mind long hours, I just don't want something where I have to be glued to my desk for the whole day. Any suggestions? I'm great at medical reception so I was considering a high paying PA or EA position but I wanted some more options before deciding.
Any suggestions? What do you guys do? Do you enjoy it?
