uti n in pain

Im 6 weeks and 6 days. I found out I have a uti from the doctors at the hospital yesterday after going there Bc I was suffering from sharp debilitating pain in my back. Has anyone else ever had this? I wasn't given much info although I asked. I was told to follow up with my drs. Idk if the uti is causing this pain or if I'm having an air embolism due to bloating or something. This morning I was woken (although I'm not really sleeping I'm like taking cat naps ....since Saturday) by the sharp pain moving to the middle of my back and I couldn't breathe. I thought I was going to die. I'm just freaking out. My husband thinks I'm crazy and idk if this is Normal
