Been loosing bits of this all day what is it does anyone know i am 37+3 week

It's your mucus plug, which unfortunately means nothing. Some women lose it as early as 20 weeks, and it grows back. Now if you start to have "bloody show" that's a good sign, but DO NOT head straight to the ER , they will send you home unless your water has broken (which you'll know) or you're having contractions 5 or less min apart (which you'll also notice) 💋

If it starts having blood streaks in it go to the ER. I had that with red streaks and turns out that was the "bloody show". I was 4cm dilated and 80% effaced. I was having contractions 4 mins apart and couldn't feel them! I was only 34 weeks so definitely keep an eye on it
