symptoms go away?

I'm currently 5 weeks 2 days pregnant and all my symptoms are gone today. Is that normal? I had a miscarriage 6 months ago and completely freaked out the same thing will happen so any positive information will help.

Honestly- the only symptom I had was constipation. It's different for every woman.
