I had excision surgery 3.5 months ago for stage 4 endo. I was told I should have no problem conceiving after surgery yet here I am after my 4th cycle since and AF reared her ugly head. For the first 2-3 weeks after I felt great but when I had my first period it was hurrendous. I thought next time it'll be better but it was just as bad and the pain has gotten worse every time since. I've spotted for 3 days before AF is due every time and then she comes on harder and more painful than the time before. I'm so sick of people telling me it'll happen when your body's ready for it. Its been a year and a half of trying with no luck, just the distress  and disheartening feeling every time AF arrives. I get so low worrying about if it'll ever happen.
