Negative Pregnancy Test.

I took a test when I got home from work around 8ish. I am 13 DPO. I have been having pain in my right ovary which I never get, it even hurts when I go to the bathroom. I have been going to the bathroom a lot more as well. My appetite just isn't there anymore like it used to be. I used to ALWAYS be hungry. My sex drive has decreased as well. Is it still too early to test? Could I still have a chance to be pregnant this time? I have PCOS. I took Clomid 50mg twice a day on cycle days 3-7. Today is cycle day 40 for me. I am currently taking Metformin and prenatal vitamins as well. I have an appointment on Monday Feb. 6th. I'm not sure when af is due because my periods are VERY irregular. What do you guys think?
