Liletta IUD - Day after

Just got my IUD placed yesterday! The pain of it being placed was pretty bad I'm not going to lie, but my period has stopped (just light spotting) and I hardly have any cramps... I'm worried it not in right because all of these horror stories I've heard from friends and on here saying they had so much discomfort the day after, they couldn't even walk, and just a lot of pain... did I just get lucky? Or should I be worried 😂 I worry about everything. Sorry if this sounds dumb.
