Allergies

I was eating some pineapples the other day and my 9 month old kept reaching over for one so I gave him a piece and he was just sucking on it, a little while later he starts crying really loud, I look over and at the tip of of his tongue is bleeding a little bit, I was so confused because he was only eating pineapples, then after the bleeding stops he gets a rash around his mouth and I'm still confused because he ate pineapple baby food.. I think makybe he's allergic 🤔 advice?
