Tearing feeling in cervix?

Hey ladies im 30 weeks tomorrow, i think i just had braxton hicks contractions? They were painful and started in my lower back and wrapped around the front got to a peaking point than let down lasting 30 seconds each one.. that subsided when i laid down about half an hour after they went away i started to have a tearing feeling in my cervix which was pretty painful as you could imagine...

Has anyone on here had this feeling in their cervix? Could it have just been baby doing its thing? Tia! 🙂

So long as the contractions went away and didn't keep getting more intense and frequent then they were probably just braxton hicks.

I haven't felt a tearing pain in my cervix though :/ would you say it's kind of like a scratchy feeling? I have felt several times like Baby is scratching my cervix..

If your not sure you can always check with your ob maybe have them do a nst or check you. I had my baby a little over 1 week ago  at 38 weeks and my contractions. Started in the back and radiated to the front but they lasted about 1 min each and were 3 to 5 min apart and nothing I did helped ease them. The braxton hicks I had a week prior, I  could lay on my left side and they would go away these were not painful and the started in the lower abdomen and made my belly hard but no back pain.
