24 hour urine test help!

Im taking a 24 hour urine test to check for proteins because at risk for preeclampsia. I started it yesterday morning at 8:10, when i got up. Its now 5:00 the next morning and im awake for the day. My doctor isnt open yet and i thought someone here might know. I have two questions:

1- do i stop now, with the first morning pee? Or keep collecting until 8?

2- my collection container is too full to add any more so if i need to keep collecting, what do i do?
