Has anyone had this happen?

Has anyone had a condom come off the guys stuff and sorta hang there with the opening to it still poining out? I mean not like the condom ripping or tearing, and not it getting "lost in my vagina". I just mean like it coming off because i got up real suddenly while doing and the condom followed. I had sex a couple days ago and this happened. I wasnt ""fertile"" that week and it was a spermicide condom, plus he didn't even cum. Im just wondering if anyone had this happen and if I should be fine. My body isnt physically fit to have a baby, meaning im a bit overweight. I havent gotten pregnant before with using the same type condoms.
