Is it possible? or is it in my head?

According to glow I'm 11dpo. Ever since 2dpo I've been having nipple soreness, nauesea, little pinprick feelings in my pelvic area, and my stomach feels hard to the touch. I tested at 7dpo thought I seen a faint line, tested at 8dpo and the test was stark white.  I've noticed that I feel "wet" down there but when I check I either see nothing or little bits of what I think is ewcm.    I'm supposed to start 2/4.  Is there a chance that I could get a bfp?
