So, I have decided not to have an epidural this time around. I cannot remember my daughters birth, I HATED feeling numb and not being able to move.

So what I'm looking for, is advice from mommas who delivered without an epidural. Whether it was planned or unexpected.

I have NOT taken any birthing classes or anything like that, which I probably should have, but it's too late now.

What did you do to help through the contractions? Did you use any form of pain management such as goofy gas, oxygen, or small doses of morphine? What would you recommend for an epidural free birth? Also, how was pushing?
