helping out

Hey, my neighbour who is also my good friend and her husband lost their baby on saturday through no fault of their own, they found out she had turner's syndrome, and were advised to have a termination as it would be best for baby... my problem is that i dont know how to support her and being preggers  myself i dont want to go round and feel like im rubbing it in her face, i am genuinely hurt for her and just dont know what to do
