my dr frustrates me

My doctor keeps giving me conflicting information about my delivery. I have gh and she didn't want to give me medication she just wanted to monitor it. My babys movement has slowed and he failes his nst and I end of having to go to the hospital for further monitoring and testing. At my 35w appointment she said we would try to make it to 38 weeks but I'm definetly not going to my due date. I'll be 38w next Thursday so I asked her about setting an induction date, she said my condition and everything else is not warrant to set a date. It's jus frustrating and even more stressful because I worried that something will go wrong and she doesn't seem at all concerned.
