Does anybody else's baby breathe as if startled while sleeping??
My 9 month old has these very odd and startling breathing episodes while sleeping. He sounds like a person or child who is trying very hard to catch their breath after crying, taking quick, sharp and loud breaths. He doesn't turn blue or stop breathing. I wish we could upload videos because it's kind of hard to explain but always scares the crap out of me.
Any other babies do this? He's done it since around 1 month old. I've showed videos to a handful of doctors, gotten an x-ray done (it came back normal) but still every doctor scratches their head about it and has no clue.
