What can I take?

My lower back is killing me. I'm constantly fighting off tears. I have a good feeling I'm pregnant but haven't gotten a positive test. My question is A- could the back pain be pregnancy related? And B- Is there anything I can do for the pain other than Tylenol??

You can take extra strength Tylenol . That usually helps me when I'm in pain.

If the Tylenol doesn't help, maybe try a hot or cold compress or some stretching or yoga! It's so hard , only thing that works for me is Advil so I hear ya! Good luck and I hope you feel better !
