TTC first month after the Pill

I took my last BC pill 12/31, had my withdrawal bleed the first week in January. We've been actively trying all month. I assumed AF would come Monday 1/30 but still no sign. I was very regular before the pill so I figured I'd jump right back. Took a HPT yesterday and got a BFN. I've had cramping that felt like AF was coming on and off the past two weeks and been really dizzy. I don't know when I ovulated or if I ovulated but I wondered if that was what the cramping was. Basically I don't know if I'm pregnant or my cycle is wonky. I just want one answer or the other! Anyone had this happen? What was it like coming off BC for you?
