Me and my boyfriend had sex Saturday, we used a condom and he ejaculated, he said in the condom but to be sure I took plan b an hour if even after we did it. Tomorrow I go for acl surgery and they want to do a pregnancy test, is it possible I'm pregnant? And if I were could they tell this early cause it's been five days since we had sex?

You used a confirm & took a plan b. Also, there's only a small handful of days you're fertile & able to conceive per cycle anyway.
You're very highly unlikely to be pregnant.
No, a test won't come up positive if you're pregnant so soon. You need to wait 2-3 weeks for that to be possible.
