29-30 weeks here. Now 31 weeks. Do I look too small? Just been told I am anemic and have had B12 and folic issues during pregnancy! 😩bit worried about little lady being too... little.

Not at all . Besides, it doesn't matter how small you look! I'm 36 w and have been (my belly) measuring at 28 w since about 28w but my son is measuring perfectly, a few days ahead even. That's all that matters. I'm just small. I'm also anemic.  Everyone thinks I'm like 6.5 or 7 months max. 
My doc says small women mystify her haha. like, how does the baby fit so well in there?!  This is me at 36w.

No, you look great. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are common during pregnancy. This is my 3rd pregnancy and the only one that i havent been anemic. As long as you take your prenatals and anything else your doctor gives you, baby will be perfect. If your doctor is super worried about it, he'll keep an eye on it. But it's usually not a huge deal.
