Prom help

So my boyfriend is a senior, but he doesn't want to go to prom even though I'm on the Prom Committee to set everything up.. I really want to go since I won't be able to see him much after he graduates high school. I understand that loud events bother him, so I won't push him to do anything... I just feel like no matter what I do it's my fault.. Today he wanted to go out and eat lunch with his friends (I'm fine with that), but personally I didn't want to go outside because it was cold. He got upset with me and after a while I followed him out so he could be happy with his friends completely knowing I just wanted to spend time with him.. I just don't know... I love him... February 3rd will be our five months, but he doesn't want to do anything..nor does he want to go out on Valentine's day.... I doubt he will want to go out on my birthday which is the 27th.... Maybe I'm just stupid
